Workflow
- STEP 1.
- Product Infeed & Alignment: Individual snack units are fed into the system and aligned on the conveyor.
- STEP 2.
- Box Infeed: Empty packaging boxes are supplied to the loading station.
- STEP 3.
- Picking & Sorting: The dual G3 robots pick the snacks and precisely arrange them inside the boxes.
- STEP 4.
- Box Discharge: Fully loaded boxes are discharged for the next stage of packaging.
