Workflow

STEP 1.
Product Infeed & Alignment: Individual snack units are fed into the system and aligned on the conveyor.
STEP 2.
Box Infeed: Empty packaging boxes are supplied to the loading station.
STEP 3.
Picking & Sorting: The dual G3 robots pick the snacks and precisely arrange them inside the boxes.
STEP 4.
Box Discharge: Fully loaded boxes are discharged for the next stage of packaging.
