Workflow
- STEP 1.
- Box Picking & Loading: Picking the empty paper packaging boxes and loading them into the cell.
- STEP 2.
- Manual Insertion: Placing the product manual inside the box.
- STEP 3.
- Cartridge Alignment: Aligning the ink cartridges for precise insertion.
- STEP 4.
- Tool Change: Switching the end-effector to the inspection/handling tool.
- STEP 5.
- QR Code Recognition: Scanning the product's QR code for tracking and inspection.
- STEP 6.
- Box Forming & Taping: Folding the box into shape and applying sealing tape.
- STEP 7.
- Tool Change: Switching back to the final handling gripper.
- STEP 8.
- Picking & Pressing: Picking the finished product and ensuring the tape is firmly adhered.
- STEP 9.
- Discharge: Exporting the fully packaged product to the output line.
