Workflow

STEP 1.
Box Picking & Loading: Picking the empty paper packaging boxes and loading them into the cell.
STEP 2.
Manual Insertion: Placing the product manual inside the box.
STEP 3.
Cartridge Alignment: Aligning the ink cartridges for precise insertion.
STEP 4.
Tool Change: Switching the end-effector to the inspection/handling tool.
STEP 5.
QR Code Recognition: Scanning the product's QR code for tracking and inspection.
STEP 6.
Box Forming & Taping: Folding the box into shape and applying sealing tape.
STEP 7.
Tool Change: Switching back to the final handling gripper.
STEP 8.
Picking & Pressing: Picking the finished product and ensuring the tape is firmly adhered.
STEP 9.
Discharge: Exporting the fully packaged product to the output line.
