Workflow
- STEP 1.
- Counting & Loading: The quantity of patches is counted and loaded onto the conveyor.
- STEP 2.
- Primary Alignment: Patches undergo initial alignment on the conveyor system.
- STEP 3.
- Secondary Alignment: The YASKAWA MCL20 robot performs precision secondary alignment.
- STEP 4.
- Multi-Batch Transfer: The robot picks up four bundles of patches simultaneously and transfers them to the discharge conveyor.
