Workflow
- STEP 1.
- Extraction robot retrieves the part from inside the injection molding machine.
- STEP 2.
- Gate cutting is performed using a nipper.
- STEP 3.
- Part is rotated using the rotating jig.
- STEP 4.
- Gate cutting is performed on the opposite side.
- STEP 5.
- Vision inspection device checks for product defects and short shots.
- STEP 6.
- Repeat the previous process
