Workflow

STEP 1.
Order Reception: An online order is placed and processed by the store's system.
STEP 2.
Targeting: The P500 robot navigates to the specific shelf or cart rack where the prepared order is stored.
STEP 3.
Delivery: The robot lifts the rack and transports it directly to the designated picking/pickup zone for the customer or staff.
