Workflow
- STEP 1.
- Infeed: Raw mask fabric is fed into the system.
- STEP 2.
- Cutting: The fabric is precisely cut to the required mask dimensions.
- STEP 3.
- Transfer: Cut pieces are moved to the next stage via a conveyor belt.
- STEP 4.
- Sewing: The FANUC SCARA robot performs high-speed sewing/assembly.
- STEP 5.
- Outfeed: Finished masks are discharged onto the exit conveyor.
