Workflow

STEP 1.
Infeed: Raw mask fabric is fed into the system.
STEP 2.
Cutting: The fabric is precisely cut to the required mask dimensions.
STEP 3.
Transfer: Cut pieces are moved to the next stage via a conveyor belt.
STEP 4.
Sewing: The FANUC SCARA robot performs high-speed sewing/assembly.
STEP 5.
Outfeed: Finished masks are discharged onto the exit conveyor.
